| 5 Days! |
Dear George--
5 days til vegas!! I simply cannot wait. I did get the days off to go which made me happy...well i sort of got them off. I told my suprivisor I needed Saturday and Sunday off, and she gave me Friday and Saturday off...go figure.
I also talked to my mom, who actually called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. This was a suprise because she never seems to remember until March 12th (my baby sisters birthday). I loved talking to her. I also found out Holly was doing good, which made me smile. Bubba (my brother Casey) Seems to be doing better with each passing day. I was so worried about him for a long time, but he appears to be on the right track finially.
As always the thought of diet and exercise crosses my mind. I try not to dwell on it but, everytime I eat or dress or meet someone it presistantly nags. I have to do something about that.

| And The Countdown Begins.... |
I can hardly believe it...in exactly 6 days I will officially be old~ So how am I going to celebrate? By throwing myself into compleate and utter denial *Grins* My speciality...
And what better place to escape from the real world than Las Vegas baby! Hey, I figure if it is good enough for Elvis its good enough for me right? I have never been , and so going there and making an idiot of myself is a must. I am really looking forward to it.
Lets see... other than that, what is going on??? Just the typical things....work...family drama...life in general.
I need to remember to call the collage tomorrow and reschedule my tests. I am determained to do this...I really am. And it would be a good time to write up a cover leter and do a resume' for the Vets office. Wish me luck.
